What is the time commitment?

We can meet either weekly or bi-weekly, that is up to you and your schedule. Sessions run between 30-45 minutes. I require a minimum commitment of three months.  Studies show that sustainable, meaningful change takes about three months to accomplish (at least, getting those habits ingrained that lead to sustainable change). Clients typically begin with three months and sometimes continue on for another three months.  Coaching is meant to be short-term.  You’re not signing up for life!

Pricing?

Sessions are $75/each.  Thus, if we meet bi-weekly this would be $150/mo and weekly would be $300/month.

Why do I need someone who specializes in perimenopause and menopause?

For so many years the response to peri- and menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, brain fog, etc.  was a collective shrug.  It’s inevitable, get over it.  We now know that there is so much you can do through lifestyle, and that’s where I come in. Armed with the knowledge of this life stage and habit building, I help you translate the jargon and target the habits you need to take you through these years and beyond. It is both my passion and sincere privilege to guide you as you navigate this time.
